correction jog and home macro work now but no mdi

i tried 499ver3 and lost the db25 signals to y.....tried using header and 24v no joy moved back to 4.82 y works for jog home so i assumed g code worked.

if i sub b in for y in wizard and g code that works?

z,x,c all work in mdi but not y?????

g0 or g1 returns invalid character error..

i just realized i get invalid character when I try y axis moves but i can jog and home that axis....what now?

Thats certainly just as easy as using h&v designates.!
