Ok, what is involved in running an auto tune? And yes. Motor spins fine when unbelted, so I know the brake is releasing. I've loosened up the gibs to try to coax the z axis into moving a little easier. It has helped, but my z axis motor is still drawing around 2.5A, while the x and y only draw about...

Finally got it to work.

Can you tell me what your motor values from the software?
My z axis motor is really struggling to move the head up and down.

Thank you for the response!

I've wired up the two brake wires numerous ways, even coming directly off my cap. I know I'm feeding 90v to the thing, but it's still not working. I can't seem to figure this one out today lol

I've got a milltronics partner that I'm doing an allinonedc retrofit to and I'm a little lost as to how to hook up the two wire brake that comes from z axis servo.
