Re: Problem with DXF file

Buongiorno, I know it's a very simple file. Our customer is recently approaching programming with Centroid, following manual and posted videos. The problem occurs with any DXF file, this was an example that he sent me to try to load it in my laboratory, where it is loaded and processed correctly. Th...

Problem with DXF file

Buongiorno a tutti, a customer reports to me a problem with DXF files. He loads them correctly, but the cross to select the zero point does not appear. I uploaded the same file to my PC and everything works fine. Has anyone had the same problem? Thank you in advance report_0008DC111213-0130231434_20...

Re: wired mpg E-Stop integrate into plc

We also use it without problems, but in Europe, the handweel MUST have a hardware emergency button to the current regulations.

Re: wired mpg E-Stop integrate into plc

Grazie,

In Europe it is necessary to have this emergency button.

Until now I have solved it in other ways, but this is much better.

Thanks again.

Re: wired mpg E-Stop integrate into plc

Buongiorno Houseman303,
Did you connect a handweel with an integrated emergency button?
How did you connect him to Oak?
Thank you in advance.

Re: HURCO VM2 with Yaskawa-Oak Z Brake Problem

Q.: Is there perhaps a physical difference in the Z axis? More weight? Less friction? Less counterbalance?

Machine are very similar, the head is slightly heavier.

No friction or counterbalance

Re: HURCO VM2 with Yaskawa-Oak Z Brake Problem

That is strange. I would have expected Pn506 to reduce or eliminate the drop. Q.: Have you tried some alternative "stopping method" settings in Pn001, Pn00A and Pn00B? A.: yes, but nothing changes. Q.: Does the axis drop a similar amount if you disable the Z axis using "M93/Z", ...
