It's returning to 0 and it's not losing steps.

Re: Inaccuracy issue
All of my motors are close loop steppers / hybrid servo
Nema 34 12nm.
I can post a fresh report but I don't think that is relevant because the whole machine moves correctly and accurate including the y3 of the tube cutter.

Inaccuracy issue
Hey there, I'm having issues with my 6 meter long axis(y3). This machine in an integrated sheets and tube cutting. Runs of acorn 4 axis controller. X - left and right on the gantry. Re: probing each cut
Hey there, is there any news on this matter?
Also I would like to know if I want that the torch touch off cycle will not actual be probing or looking for the the float switch to be triggered, I what that it will be a fixed height that I'll choose be doing a z home position of the work piece.
Thanks

Re: Pierce cycle programming
I have the - LFS AP01 capacitance sensor
it's measuring the same height no matter what is the material.

Pierce cycle programming
Hey everybody. I'm new to programming and I need some help with changing my pierce cycle. With my fiber laser I don't want the laser head to actual touch the metal surface when it doing the pierce cycle. I don't want the pierce cycle to be with floating switch or ohmic sensor. I want it to work with...

Re: Thc non plasma usage
Hey joey, I I'm having trouble with the rotary plasma.
The problem is that it can't recut.
For example if I have a torch collision for some reason I can't start the program again.
Is there a way to fix it?

Re: Thc non plasma usage
Hey there . I'm posting all the progress I made on the fiber laser integrated sheet and tube cutter. I've downloaded the new cnc12 version 5.06 The rotary axis with THC ON the Z axis still losing its position unfortunately that problem still isn't resolved. Here is the report from the new cnc12 vers...

Re: Thc non plasma usage
Joey I need a different cnc12 plasma profile that will have different input configuration and also different motors configuration. For example: 1. CNC12 plasma sheet cutting profile - Motors - X - Y - Y SLAVE - Z 2. CNC12 plasma tube cutting profile - Motors - X - Y (not for the gantry) - Z - B Note...

Joey is it possible to have two cnc12 plasma profiles with different configurations?
