I did a fresh install when I tried the other pc. I have been in contact with centroid but do not have the problem solved. And they have the report.

Have already tried a different pc

Unfortunately this problem is not fixed and still do not have answers.

I installed it right from the centroid page. I am running it as a administrator and seeing the same result.
