Hello and welcome to the forums.
You should probably check the drive manual because on page 6 it says that the pulse and direction pins only accept 5 volt signals.
It doesn't look like you wired it in a way that would damage anything. You didn't wire +24V directly to the drive inputs or Acorn screw ...

Re: M400 control not powering up
Hello and welcome to the forums.
If the computer is not powering up, the first thing I would check is the power supply in the PC. If that is not working then replace it with an equivalent ATX power supply.

Re: Acorn custom plc not over written buy wizard
Correct. The USBBOB is not required for this. It would keep the Acorn's PLC inputs free for limit switches or other things though.

Yes, what Uwe said.
You can wire your buttons to inputs on the Acorn then assign CycleStart2 and FeedHold2 to the corresponding inputs.

Re: How to wire Leadshin h2-758 Hybrid drivers?
The inverter supplies its own voltage on the inputs. All you need to do to have the Acorn start it is wire from X1 to an Acorn relay normally open terminal and then from the common terminal of that relay back to the inverter's COM terminal.
I'd recommend finding the manual for the inverter and ...

By crank the feedrate override up do you mean you set it higher than 100% or to 100%?

Yes, please attach a gcode or intercon file that shows this behavior. Even if every single file you have tried does this, seeing what commands you are executing will give us big hints.

Re: NEW BUILD! Chinese CNC 1313 replacing mach3
alright, i guess ive lost you guys. last thing, the voltage going to the vfd dips during operations. at a seemingly random interval. When i measure the voltage at the acorn board the voltage smooths out. any ideas?

For the voltage fluctuation, I'd take a look at ...

Looking at the picture of your cabinet, I see what looks to be our standard probe header mounted to the top.

Re: Need help with KP-1 Probe. Setup issues
It looks like the signals are somehow switched even though your cable matches my schematic. I recommend double checking your wiring to that DE9 connector.
