For reference, there are two manuals for this inverter:
This is the basic mode manual - https://www.hitachi-iesa.com/sites/default/files/inverter-pdf/WJ-C1_UsersGuide_NT361X%20%281%29%20%281%29.pdf
And this is the extended mode manual - https://www.hitachi-iesa.com/sites/default/files/inverter-pdf ...

USBBOB is capable of all of those functions on the lower panel with the exception of the potentiometers for the spindle speed and feedrate overrides. You'll have to replace those pots with the included encoders to control those functions.

Re: lathe spindle question
To be clear, to address the target file "acorn_mill_plc.src", you must have the current working directory of the command prompt set to the same directory as said target file.
Marc's directions have you first move the current working directory to cncm which contains both, hence the lack of full ...

Re: Build Thread- Tree Journeyman 425 to Allin1dc
Thanks for the info, that’s encouraging that most of the controls will work. Are you saying the usb bob has encoders i can swap for those pots?
Also, where can i find literature on the plc programing changes? Thanks
The USBBOB comes with three rotary encoder assemblies with knobs for use as ...

Re: Can't get any axis to move, see Pot & Not on Yaskawa sigma 11
It looks like we have two documents on setting up velocity mode or position mode with Sigma II drives.
Do you know if the drives are currently set up for position or velocity mode?
Regardless, see technical bulletins #108 and #295 for some parameter settings. I would confirm what the settings on ...

Re: ADD1616 relay replacement
I have an AD1616 board that appears to have a dead relay on it. The relay in question has a high switch frequency (1 sec on/1 sec off) and I would like to be able to replace the relay with a plug in base so that relay's can be easily changed. It should be noted that the board has been in uses for ...

Re: Bridgeport Series 1 2J2 CNC conversion with ALLIN1DC
Hi, I have inherited CNC conversion project - adapting a Bridgeport Series 1 Model 2J2 to use an M400S "S-Function" Stock System from Centroid. The Bridgeport mill does not currently have any CNC modifications and I have not purchased any other components for this project. I am looking for input ...

Re: Motors not moving
Hello, I have a new acorn controller with THC that I am connecting to an existing Plasma table. I am having a issue that I am unable to make any of the steppers to move. The only thing that I can find is under the Wizard at the end of the print out it tell me to select an IO Preset Configuration ...

Thank you for those alternatives! I should look into those safety modules and add a calculation for the free coast distance for a direct comparison.
