SW is your reverse signal. When it is open, the op amp has a gain of 1. When it is closed, the gain is -1. You will need to supply the op amp with at least +-12 volts (+-36 max).
Wow, Thanks Tom! That's exactly what I need to use my AMC BE25A0AC servo drive with the PM DC spindle motor on my lathe! :D
