Virtual Control Panel AUX Buttons Assignment

Post by 762x51 »

How do you assign the AUX 8 - 11 buttons to outputs OC3 - OC8?
Also, can the lettering of AUX 8 - 11 be changed to match your application?

Here is what I'd like to do:

Hi Keith,

Thanks for the info and I'll be getting into that later this week.
Looking forward to the release of CNC12 that will allow modifications to the button labels.

Currently 3D printing a temporary mount for my Renishaw PH6 / TP2 5W probe mount and while the mount will not be super accurate, I'll still be able to test the probing functions. I start a new thread on that subject once I have it up and running.

I just looked at tech bulletin # 300 and don't see how you can assign a OC3-OC8 on/off function to one of the AUX buttons.
I also looked in the M-Series Operators Manual v3.16 and couldn't find anything there.

HELP...... :?

take a closer look at Chapter 13, the m code section. page 13-8
specifically M94 and M95 these two m codes control outputs
you can study the existing mcodes for Mist M07 and Flood M08 On and M09 off.. to see how they work..
