v4.5 acorn cnc mill pro license not installing (Resolved)

Hi everyone. I am building a cnc router for my brother I used a Fresh install of acorn cnc mill pro license v4.5 but its not installing. It still says Acorn Free. I downloaded it straight from the email to the pc. I connected the acorn to my pc with the previous vs software from 2019 to get the motors setup while I waited for him to buy a pc. Would that confuse the software/board. Could that be the reason its not installing on his new pc. Or is there a way to reset the acorn board completely for a fresh install if it does connect to my pc. Really hoping I didn't confuse his acorn board by connecting it to my pc.  Thanks and have a great day.

You didn't download the message with the license file with a Mac did you?
Must be downloaded with Windows.

If you downloaded via a PC, then you will likely have to try and contact Centroid tomorrow.

You did install with the OPTIONS selection in the F7 Utilities menu correct?

please post the license file you have. does the serial number in the file name match your acorn?

The serial number and the license match (the hardware and the License were sent out at the same time). We are looking into it further to see what the issue could be.
