lead shine motor part numbers

Post by jcoldon »

I'm really doing my home work on haas mini mill up grade to hickory i have most stuff figured out

I'm at motors I'm looking at lead shine i need the 130 mm 850 watt motor i asked centroid sales for part numbers the told me to choose on website well that clearly not understand

to lead shine motors are ELM2H-0850LD130F-H and a ELM2H-0850LD130F-H D
the H has 22 mm shaft and HD looks to have 19 mm shaft hass has a 19 mm shaft

so my Queston is what model is centroid selling on there website and are the HD motor ok with hickory

i have no idea what HD have that different except the connections the specs seam the same

i also asked leadshine to explain HD motor also

or can cnc Keith suggest better motor rout or use lead shine setup
yaskawa crazy money .

All the Leadshine models that Centroid carries are the high inertia model. The medium inertia are not well suited for most CNC operations. The model number for the 850w 130mm motor we carry is ELM2H-0850LD130F-H. You can find the dimensional specs in the below document:
https://shopcentroidcnc.com/wp-content/ ... -Specs.pdf
found on this page.

The H and HD are just the connection type. We carry the H model and the corresponding cables. Both H and HD are aviation connectors. All other dimensional and performance specifications are the same.
