my haas mini to hickory controller spindle motor question

thanks for the input i found this video to be very informative on rigid taping installation . in my case encoder is on the motor . not 1 to 1
i do see a hookup for a haas option ridged tap wire and plug my guess theirs a spindle mount encoder option since it needs to be 1 to 1 to the encoder . this clears up lot things when i saw this video to bad he not running centroid controller
