Wizard issues <fixed>
in the wizerd , when I click on Tool touch off screen, it crashes the wizard. Starts happening after I write and save settings to and save successfully. Happening in ver 7. It happened yesterday too, so I reinstalled like instructed in the error, and then after configuring it again I cant go in that menu without it crashing just the wizard.
pic attached here and report.
Gonna go back and try ver 6 and see if it still happens.

Re: Wizard issues
Few more updates. Does same thing in ver 6.
I reloaded 7 again.
Happens with just entering a float switch offset value of .110. Save is fine. After restart of cnc12 and wizard I can no longer go back in that screen.
I do have a float switch on 7 and the break-away switch on 7 inputs.

Re: Wizard issues
Ok This time I did not add in both inputs - Just added ohmic inout on 7. Saved everthing, restarted controlelr and then cnc12. Went in and added the offset for ohmic and saved, restarted cnc12.
This time I went in and was able to enter back into torch offset settings just fine. No crash.
So its something to do with my float switch settings.
So folks know, I have a mechanical switch for float that is set for NO. wired with a 24V common and going to input #2.

Re: Wizard issues
Next I was able to add the input definition for the input #2 as Float. Saved. rebooted controller, restarted cnc12, WAS able to start wizard and go back into torch offset screen without crash.
So can do everything except enter and save an offset value and then restart the offset.
My float is set to trigger after the torch touches material and triggers a NC.
Ill enter .110 offset value now and see if it breaks.

Re: Wizard issues
As suspected - I went in, reentered the float off set value, save, and restarted. Now when I go into the wizard and try to enter the torch offset screen , the wizard crashes.
So I can do everything but enter that value.
So I can do everything but enter that value.

Re: Wizard issues
fun fact - entering a value for that float offset, and not saving, and switching to another tab like inouts, causes returing to the torch offset tab to also crash the wizard. But because nothing was saved, that value is not there when you start the wizard again and you can enter right back into the tab after that restart.
Sorry if I am typing a lot but just documented what I am seeing
