What type of fiber optic cable for board connection

What type of fiber optic cable/end is used to connect the MPU11 to the GPOI4D board? I bought a used kit from a local dealer and the fiber optic cables were not included. Thanks for the help!

The manufacturer's part number of the fiber optic cable that Centroid is currently using is HPO - HFBR-RUD500Z and the connector is HPO - HFBR-4511Z in case you wish to build your own cable. If you would like, you can contact either Ajax or Centroid and order a 5' section of that fiber optic cable for $25.
