Hi guys I'm new to this stuff. I have a small job to run. Is a straight turn with a 1/32 rad rib like a quick disconnect. I have Bobcad V25 with what I'm told is the right post. Well it don't work V25 isn't supported anymore I'm told. So my next try is conversational and this manual isn't clear on the radius and rib info. any help would be appreciated...

It may be that the only problem with your Bobcad-generated file is with the depth of cut (U value on the first G71 line). Did you mean to use something like 0.05 or 0.005, instead of 5?
When I change the U value to 0.05 inches and graph it, it looks like a reasonable impression of your part (see attached).
