I have the MPU11/DC310B by pressing keys ALT-J that brings up the jog panel but how do you get it to work is there a secret to all this? somebody out there help me out.

Thank you for the info but I still don't see any green light, I'm using CNC11 software I checked every menu on the program and still don't see it. Any other thoughts? Is Scott still alive? can't seem to get him.

The keys to use are printed right on the keyboard jog screen (left & right arrow jog X etc...)
Most likely, you either have a fault, your feedrate overrid is set to 0% or you are in incremental mode. Press the Ctrl and i keys simultaneously to toggle between continuous jogging and incremental - look at the top right of the screen to see which mode you are in.
Can you command a move in MDI?
