I put a new ajax controller on my Lathe. It uses centroid for the operating program. been using it for a few months without spindle encoder because the old one wasn't the right one. Finally got a new one and installed it. after changing all the right parameters. it would show the spindle RPM's but if I tried to run a threading cycle the attached window pops up. clicking on "retry" or "abort" will shut centroid down. clicking "ignore" will move the graphing line one move and then the window pops up again. if you click "ignore" often enough it eventually starts the cycle and completes it. except it wont show the tool in graphing. the window pops up after the first pass and then the window pops up again and stops graphing. clicking ignore gets graphing going again for one pass ect and on and on till its done.

went into the files it says and cant find the "cnc.exe" file anywhere. could that be the reason its not working?
