What is the correct position for switches 7 & 8 on the motor current switch on the AllIn1DC?
Cheers,

Tom

Tom,
i don't think 7 and 8 are connected to anything, but i've asked chuck to chime in to be sure.
from the allin1dc spec manual.

Instead of purchasing different types of switches, Centroid used the same 8-pin switches that are used for the limit defeat switches. Since the ALLIN1DC is a 3-axis drive, that means that switches 7 and 8 are not physically connected to anything on the board so it doesn't make a difference what position they are in.
When requesting support, please ALWAYS post a current report. Find out how to take a report from your Acorn, CNC11 or CNC10 system here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ecvg0VJp1oQ.

If your question is PLC, Macro or program related, please also post a copy of the program or macro as well.

Without the above information we may not be able to help and/or reply until the required information is posted..

Perfect. Just wanted to be sure - my machine at work had 7&8 off while the new board I just recieved for home had them on.
Cheers,

Tom
