411 errors

the last couple of weeks I been having problems with the x and y axis stopping then starting while running .now I have 411 errors and now x and y just 411 max power no movement .can any one help me out ? I have a suppermax knee mill 2 axis I don't use it very often but now I have something I need to make .

Try cleaning the connections on your servo drive for logic power and limit switches.

Looking at the report, this is a CNCDRO system. Chances are that since you are having issues with both of those axes, it could be an issue with the SERVO1 drive. Open up the top section of that CNCDRO. The SERVO1 is mounted onto that top section. There is a 10-pin screw terminal on the left hand side. The bottom 2 terminals are GND and Vm. Make sure that you have roughly 100VDC between those two terminals. If you do, verify that all of the green LEDs on the SERVO1 are lit.

there is 115vdc on pin 9 to 10.and green lights on red lights off .and now that i hooked everything back up its working fine :?: so probably loose connection ? i unplugged and plugged everything and wiggled every plug before without fixing the problem :?:
