jholland,

I just want to apologize for not being able to reach us. We were having some technical difficulties with our phone system and server last week. Your RMA number for the return of your MPU11 is 26821.

Thanks.
When requesting support, please ALWAYS post a current report. Find out how to take a report from your Acorn, CNC11 or CNC10 system here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ecvg0VJp1oQ.

If your question is PLC, Macro or program related, please also post a copy of the program or macro as well.

Without the above information we may not be able to help and/or reply until the required information is posted..

How do you know the mpu11 is defective ?

I bought one of the first boards. july 2009. Scott told me mpg and probing issues exist due to eprom or board trace issues.

thanks for the interest, Achew

The original MPU11's (shipped before Oct 2009) had the logic on the probe and mpg inputs inverted.

We changed those to make the logic consistent on all inputs -a closed input = logic "1"

As I explained to JHolland, the issue can be addressed with a PLC change - which I sent to JHolland
to get him going- but I'd rather change out the MPU11 so that all of the MPU11's in the field are the same

There were no "trace" problems

Jackson,

Absolutely. I thought we had discussed this on the phone? (hence the RMA #)
