Mounting the controller

Sorry, had posted in the wrong section.
Can I mount the controller through the 4 bolts without isolating the 4 mount points? In other words, is screwing the board into aluminium (with a cover to shield the back pins) OK? Thanks.

Thanks, but is it OK for those metal rings (where it mounts) to be connected electrically to the frame? Ive seen a few pics / vids, I looks OK but just want to be sure.

Yes. That is what they ("those metal rings") are there for.

Great, thanks, as expected, just wanted to be sure, didnt want to risk damaging the board.
