Not quite sure what happened . Acorn was previously working came home and ran a backlash test reset back lash compensation to match what I measured and rebooted cncpc and acorn and no response from acorn now as I did shut down cncpc first and followed by powering down acorn but since I cant get it back up .I did try the unbricking procedure and even there I don't get 4 lights just one solid I read where one other user had same thing but was able to get his up by reinstalling and booting so I tried with no luck .I am able to ping with 10.168.41.1 with 4 response back but no response from 10.168.41.2 I did try different Ethernet cable no go measured voltage to board 24.1 volts Not sure whats happened here I did make sure no virus software running as only virus on the pc is windows defender and it is turned off oh I am running Centroids touchscreen that had software preloaded Ive been using for about 2 weeks now with no Issues any help would be very much appreciated at a loss here Thanks in advance Jeff.

When the unit was returned to Centroid, the problem was determined to be corrupt firmware. The unit was returned to operation by following the debricking procedure as depicted here: https://youtu.be/x7Wk6ocPfwY
