Posting for reference...GS23-25P0 w/40Ω,400W Braking Resistor GS-BR-400W040, Running 5hp ATC @ 400Hz.
3 DIP switches, L, R, R; NPN, 0-10v,0-10v
Wiring:
R1C = Acorn Input Common (VFD Fault)
R1 = Acorn Input (VFD Fault)
FWD = Acorn Spindle Relay "Output"
DCM = Acorn Spindle Relay Common
ACM = Acorn Analog Output Common (0-10v-)
FWD(DI1) = Acorn Analog Output Voltage (0-10v+)
DO1 = Acorn Input (Spindle Up to Speed)
DO2 = Acorn Input (Spindle Stopped)
DCM = Digital Common
Parameters/Programming:
(If reset to factory settings is required, First, set p00.02 = 0; then cycle power. Then set it to 10; then cycle power; otherwise ERR)
p00.20 = 2 (External analog input - ignore p3.00)
p00.21 = 1 (External terminals)
p01.00 = (Motor Max Frequency = YOUR motor max frequency)
p01.01 = (Motor Base Frequency = Same as p01.00) [If base frequency not set properly, CP32 Error when entering p05.03]
p01.02 = (Motor Nameplate Rated Voltage)
p.01.10 = (Output Frequency Upper Limit = Same as p01.00)
p01.12 = (Acceleration Time = 3 sec; Increase if needed)
p01.12 = (Deceleration Time = 3 sec; Increase if needed)
p02.00 = (Set to 1 = 2 wire mode, FWD/Stop)
p02.16 = (Set to match wiring/input going to DO1; Spindle Up To Speed; Set to Option 2; Operation Speed Reached)
p02.17 = (Set to match wiring/input going to DO2; Spindle Stopped; Set to Option 6; Zero Speed, including Stop)
p05.01 = (Motor Nameplate Full Load Amps)
p05.02 = (Motor kW Nameplate Rating)
p05.03 = (Motor Rated RPM - Max RPM)
p05.04 = (Motor Number of Poles) - DON'T OVERLOOK THIS ONE! Default is 4 poles...
Note: I followed TB318 and Acorn S15203.dwg schematic, but was unable to get it to work correctly. The above settings are working on my AcornSIX.
These drives have over 600 parameters...so it's easy to go down the wrong rabbit hole - especially when it comes to parameter 3.00)
Replaced Hitachi WJ200 because it required an external braking unit ($1100 USD) to work properly with my motor - according to Hitachi support. This DuraPulse also has Sensorless Vector Control built in & 20A of internal braking capability vs WJ200 only 5A. I expected better from Hitachi...so Delta/DuraPulse it is now.

Re: Automation Direct Durapulse G20 Settings for AcornSIX
I assume that is a typo. If it is not, then that is your problem. The 0-10V analog command needs to be wired to AI1.FWD(DI1) = Acorn Analog Output Voltage (0-10v+)
