Check to see what parameter 99 is set at on the offline and the control. In Intercon F9 set up you can see what it cutter comp look ahead is set to ( same as parameter 99) by scrolling clear down to the bottom. Nose radius and cutter comp together can cause this also with not enough travel between moves.
