Offline programming tool path issues

They were set at the same setting but i was able to get the fishhooks to go away by removing the nose radius in tool offsets. That seems to work for now as i will be posting on the machine anyways! Thanks!
If you don't want cutter comp, than deselect it in intercon instead of setting nose radius to 0...

cutter comp works great on the machine i just cant get it to work right on the offline intercon

sounds like the offline tool library is not right?
i copied it over directly from the machine so im not quite sure what im missing. was there something else besides the two file mentioned previous in this thread i needed to switch over?
