After setting up Z every time I did go out and get a Z setter. I'm popping fuses. Back to manual till I figure it out. I'm happy the way the machine is running!

Obviously if you are popping fuses you dont have it wired correctly. Post some pics of your tool setter and wiring diagram and we can help you wire it correctly. It's all in the probe manual.
