No analog voltage 0-10 volts
No analog voltage out. Watched Martys video. Also I'm trying to use a Huanyang inverter GT 2.2 series. I can not find a schematic that matches the input labels that I have on my vfd. Please excuse my lack of knowlage I'm new at this computer stuff.

Connect to AI1 (analog in 1) and COM (analog common)

Re: No analog voltage 0-10 volts
Not saying this is the case, but be aware of Huan Yang VFD knock offs. Yes, the chinese knock off their own products.
If I buy Huan Yang VFDs, it is from the Amazon Seller Huan Yang Electric, no one else.

Re: No analog voltage 0-10 volts
Marty I got the vfd to work with acorn but I still have no analog voltage out. I was hoping for a secret switch that I missed but it doesn't look good does it

Wetpaint43,
Are you saying you get no analog voltage out of Acorn? If you want the VFD to accept the Analog voltage you have to also change the speed input parameter on the VFD. By default the parameter is normally set to operate from the operator panel of the VFD.

Re: No analog voltage 0-10 volts
Russ, When I put my voltage meter on the Acorn 0-10 volt analog out while running a program I get no voltage. Marty, I did watch your video after noticing I had no voltage out. I took all the wires off of acorn as you instructed and ran the series of test. Today I wired up a pot and everything worked as it should just no control for spindle speed from acorn. Thanks for looking into this though.

Re: No analog voltage 0-10 volts
Post a screen shot of your spindle Wizard screen. What rpm was set in the software for the test?

Re: No analog voltage 0-10 volts
I'll post a picture tomorrow, the rpm was set at 1000 max and 0 min.
