hello how, I have mounted my router for wood a zipper of module 1 and pinion of 40 teeth, which gives me an advance of 125.6 mm per revolution, but I can not enter more than 39 in the box overall turn ratio, engines They are set to 800 steps which is the minimum in the driver
I was looking for a lot but I do not know how to solve it, can you use centroid in a rack router?
I appreciate your fast response
best regards

Re: problem with settings rack
Hello, the machine works well, only that it does not respect the dimensions of the work, because I can not set correctly the steps by revolution
Please note that I do not use recirculating ball screw, instead I use toothed rack with pinion
the calculations tell me that I must enter
steps / revolution: 800
Overall turn ratio: 125.6 (but the preogram wizard only lets me enter 39.4)
the overal turn ratio of 125.6 is determined because I have a pinion that has 41mm of primitive diameter (40 teeth) and the rack is module 1
I just want to know how I do to enter 125.6mm in Overal turn ratio
attached photo and a report
best regards

Re: problem with settings rack
It appears that there is a cap in the Wizard which will be resolved. In the meantime, you can correctly set that in the CNC12 software. From the main screen press F1(Setup)->F3(Config)->F2(Mach)->F2(Motor).
When requesting support, please ALWAYS post a current report. Find out how to take a report from your Acorn, CNC11 or CNC10 system here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ecvg0VJp1oQ.
If your question is PLC, Macro or program related, please also post a copy of the program or macro as well.
Without the above information we may not be able to help and/or reply until the required information is posted..
