I confirmed, when I used the 22AWG the spindle speed is fluctuated when its over 9000 RPM. I use 18AWG OFC cable, spindle speed run perfectly.agvengineering wrote: ↑Fri Mar 02, 2018 3:57 pm I guess the 0-10VDC ports did not like a 22 AWG cable and somehow where giving me voltage drop.(if anyone can explain the reason would be much appreciated).Changed the cable to a 16AWG and problem solved.

on the top of this I added Ferrits on each end to reduce/eliminate the noise.
