need some help with VFD and homing issue

I am having an issue with my router homing correctly, everything homes ok in all axes except X, which has drive A slaved to it when
the X axes comes of the proxi switch and backs off the A axes does not move with the X.
the computer meets the specs, I am using Gecko 203V drives wired as the diagram states.for those drives. turck proxi switches NC sensing switches.(I have two sensors on the gantry one on the X side and one on the A side only using one of them for the gantry) I had auto squaring on the Mach 3 setup that is why there are two of them.
kelling 450 ozin motors 4 to 1 belt drives, GMT spindle, delta VFD-M, also used the diagram for the generic VFD.
I do not know where the drive fault is connected on the VFD or if I even need it.
after I connected the VFD to the Acorn Board I get an error to remove probe from the spindle ( see Blue screen pic)
also need to know where I enter the info for the probe ( homemade probe thickness or off set )
sorry for all the questions...

thank you,
Charlie

Change Input 7 to "unused" That will clear your probe issue

Is your limit/home on the slaved axis connected to an input?

Scott has written up a fresh autohome program that is pretty slick to Auto Square a gantry. I'll ask him to post it here for you to try out.

Gary,
thanks for the reply, just got home from work..
anyway you asked: Is your limit/home on the slaved axis connected to an input?
yes it is but I have it as not used in the configuration, I want to use one proxi
for the X at this time I use to use the auto square in mach 3 but I have
since squared the machine itself so it is no longer an issue, but I am not against using it.

Change Input 7 to "unused" That will clear your probe issue,
I can do that but what am I to use for the touch off plate? and where do I set up the offset for the
touch off plate?

I am going to the shop and try some things.
thank you,
Charlie

I think I have the homing issue resolved,
I found a loose wire on the X drive motor must have come loose when wiring the acon board.

still need help with the vfd, when I go to manual operation of the vfd and select cycle start the vfd
powers up but no movement on the spindle.

and still looking for setup info on the touch off plate/probe.

thank you,
Charlie

Try removing the probe setting. Does that allow the VFD to run?
You cannot start the spindle if there is a probe in it, and that what appears to be happening. I think something is wired wrong.

Clay,
thank you for the response, I will try that when I get to the shop next.
I have found the correct setup for the touch off plate and I will do that first.
maybe that will solve the vfd issue as well.

VFD issue solved......
the 10v+ connects to the AVI...not the 10v+
spindle works fine...
did alittle testing with a 9v battery.

thanks for the help,
