I'll look into it. You should not be receiving that message as your report indicates you definitely have Pro.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

I haven't connected my computer to the internet since before I started using the software. Perhaps this is an issue ?

Perhaps I can narrow the error down to one of the parameters changes tonight. Previously I had tried rigid tapping but only changing , I believe, 78 and maybe perhaps 36 too, I don't recall, but I didn't see the error until I made further changes to the many parameters suggested in the draft document ? The draft document for rigid tapping suggests changing parameters 36,37,68,69,74,78,82,84,240,241,149. So through trial and error I can go through those to put them back to their original settings which I should have from a previous report file.

Yes, thanks Marty. I have. Perhaps he will figure it out before I try the above. I was just giving more details to work with. So far I haven't received an email.. he is probably looking for a solution, still.

Best Regards,

Scott starts super early and leaves early. You may hear from him tomorrow. He is worth being patient and waiting for direction from.

Thanks for the heads-up regarding his schedule . btw, I believe he asked for my email so he could fix a different issue I was having with my account here on the forum. I had asked a moderator and now notifications are working properly since I sent the email address.

Cheers,

Jake
