Marty, All -

I bought one of the relay boards Marty mentioned, the 4 relay version since it was only $2 more.

No joy, after messing with it for a while.

It it not really a "trigger", but it will turn on with either a 0 voltage or a 5 vdc input according to the jumper setting.

The G320 error/reset pin floats at 0.25 or so volts when the drives are not running, enough to prevent the relay from pulling in at the 0 vcd setting. Same deal on the 5 v setting, won't turn off.

You can't use a pulldown resistor since that puts the drive in an error condition.

Any suggestions?

I'm sure I will be able to use it in another project so no loss on the cost.

Andy
