Feed rate override on a physical pot?

Is there any way this can be implemented in Acorn? For someone like myself, having the ability to rapidly make a change to the feed rate would be a nice feature. The VCP is great but it takes a while for the feed values to scroll down when pressing the virtual button.

yes, the mpg wheel itself can be the feedrate overide. here is overlay shot

FYI.. it's not a pot.. it's a selector switch

Yeah, I suppose you’re right.

But the big knob will then make quick work of adjusting feed rate, right?

The handle wheel encoder simulates a pot, for either feed or speed.
