Re: Setting up tool offsets
If you have a very accurate homing system, use that location as zero for Tool #1 & reference all other tools from that. When the inevitable screw-up occurs you can change back to good ol' Tool #1, (in the MDI screen I think) re-home the machine, switch back to the tool you were using & you're ready to go. No guesswork or touching off inconsistencies.
