Acorn firmware upgrade process?

Acorn firmware upgrade process?
I am sorry if I am asking questions that are clearly answered elsewhere, but in my reading, I have not seen anything regarding upgrading the Acorn's firmware. Is this done via the PC and the ethernet connection to the Acorn?

The Acorn firmware is updated once, automatically, anytime a new Acorn software version is started. You don't need to do anything except start the software.
