what type of output file is needed

Post by Charlie.G »

I just bought an acorn and the pro version software...
want to say thanks to Marty's Garage watching his videos sold me...
I currently use mach 3 on my router I need to use a .tap
file for mach to read, I was wondering what output file type is
needed for the Centroid acorn system.

thank you,
Charlie

Acorn CNC12 reads G&M codes. G&M code files are simply text files.
Acorn CNC12 doesn't care about the extension of the file, it could be .txt, .nc, .cnc, .tap , .dig etc, etc..
Press F2 Load, navigate to file, click open... and then Graph the file with F8 Graph. if it graphs, it runs.
