Guys,
Here is my first aluminum part using the Acorn controller. Fits like a glove. It's just a adapter plate that allows you to mount a 200W AC servo on a 100W servo mount.

I picked up my servo motors and drives from Ebay, probably two years ago. I needed a few more 200W motors and now the prices on Ebay are extremely high. Most of the Panasonic servos I use seem to be coming from China and they want $200+, the drivers run about $150. Prices back 3-4 years ago were about $50 for each, not anymore. I keep looking myself.
