ethernet communication errors...wits end

Firts off, everything works with the VCP. Both axis and the spindle. The problem occurs when I run g(s seem to work fine) commands. I configured the PC, but figured I may have gotten something wrong, so I took another PC that I've been using flawlessly for years and am having the same errors. I've never done a lathe before...btw. The cable is the stock one from Centroid. My next move, I suppose, is going to be grabbing a known good cable. I've attached a report. Thanks to everyone willing to help

Have a look at your error report, it's no wonder nothing works. Here's a sample of your error log below. Dive into tech bulletin 270 and 309 and find out where your noise is coming from. Post pics of your cabinet wiring. Are you using shielded wire where it's recommended/required?

Go to the LAN adapters mfgr website and update the driver(s)

Try CNC12 v5.10.
Fix #56 in the release notes may resolve resend errors.
Don't forget to plug the Ethernet cable back in after the photo.

Tell us about your computer. Do you have WiFi enabled? Is it a laptop? Have you followed the instructions to prepare your PC for use with the Acorn?

wifi is enable. I ran the pc tuner and configured according to the instructions. I switched to a know good computer, that I've used for years and still seem to be getting random errors. The machine is across the city and I forgot a usb stick to get a report. I"ve tried 2 computers. One is a Dell, one is a HP. Both are SFF's,

We need a report to answer any questions. Disable wi-fi as it's not needed for Acorn. I'm guessing it's a noise issue.

FYI, the gauge of those red wires in your pic is extreme overkill. It's looks like residential wire anyway.

use v5.1 there are ethernet connection improvements for intel drivers in v5.1
