Ok we are getting somewhere. I put 10000 and was .0005 over 1" inch of table travel 2" commanded. I cut the error in half and plunged the numbers in Marty's spread sheet and it's hitting the mark ever time! Funny thing is it's not firing the RWD relay causing the VFD to come on either
The cable coming from the drive to Acorn is Siemens cable and it is double shielded. There is a shield that shields all the wires and there are 3 pairs that have the own jacket and they are each shielded as well. The 3 pairs are Puls+ Puls- Dir+ Dir- Ena+ Ena-.

great.. would be cool if you could summarize with a schematic sketch the settings and hookup wiring used for this drive and i'll have that information added to the Acorn Wizard and Schematic set to benefit others with this drive.

The high the frequency the move commands the more likely the drive not to register each pulse, due to noise or other issues.
You can change the settings from 200kHz to 400kHz in the wizard which should allow u to run faster moves but be careful ur drives don’t start losing steps like mine did. It also drops the wave duration in half so can make it harder for the drive to register the pulses. Some have a minimum wave duration. There was a video on YouTube by Franco discussing this. I still have my acorn wizard set to 400kHz but have the max axis speed so the frequency doesn’t exceed 200kHz and it runs fine for me.

According to the drive manual you supplied, the drive is only capable of 333mhz or less Input pulse frequency ≤ 333 kHz
The frequency can be increase to 300k, but not through Acorn Wizard. If it is changed in CNC12, Everytime you use the Wizard, it will be overwritten. Get it going with 200k first.
If you exceed it, it may not function properly.
Looks like you got things squared away.
The other axis should be the same.
