Error in RT-200 Manual wiring diagram?

Page 32 (DC wiring) in the RT-200 manual shows Encoder common (blk/red) connected to pin D of the Amphenol connector. The home switch green wire is also connected to pin D on the Amphenol connector. Is this correct?

That is correct because the return for the power for the encoder signals should be the same as the return for the power for your inputs.
