Re: engraving
The MillWrite engraving software is an additional feature which is currently $500. Verify that you have it installed in your system by pressing the F5(CAM) button from the main screen. If you do not see an MW button then it means that MillWrite is not installed onto your control. Please follow the steps below to install MillWrite onto your control.
1- Download the attached file, win-mw.zip.
2- Extract the contents of the win-mw.zip file into the c:\ directory. This part is critical as the majority of people don't do this correctly.
3- If done correctly, Windows should pop up a message stating that the cncm folder already exists. Merge the two folders.
If the Centroid control is not in DEMO mode, the MillWrite engraving software has its own DEMO which allows you to use the letters a, b, and c. If you provide us with your control serial number or your numeric system ID using the attached tech bulletin, we will be more than happy to provide you with a DEMO code so that you test out MillWrite in its entirety. If you like MillWrite and would like to purchase it, an unlock or activation code will be emailed to you so that when the DEMO mode expires, it will remain on.
