New schematic for Delta drives

Post by dandonegan »

I am installing an all-in-one control on a Hurco MD1 with a 12 position tool changer. I'm installing a new AC drive and am using a Delta C 2000. Seeing that the Delta VE is no longer available. I was hoping that you could supply us with an updated schematic as well as a new technical document outlining the recommended drive settings.

Thanks,

dan

dan, hello. i'll check and see if we have done the delta c 2000. in the meantime you can use the generic allin1dc to VFD schematic as a guide. using the Delta manual, its pretty easy to cross reference the connector label functions and make the proper connections to the allin1dc.

this link contains a zip file with several useful Allin1dc schematics in PDF format.. download it and unzip it to a folder and then take a look at the one named ALLIN1DC SPINDLE INVERTER.pdf

Thanks Keith,

Yes, that is the drawing that I'm using currently. I thought you would like to update your official schematic seeing that that other drive is no longer available.

What I was most interested in getting from you guys was a recommendations on the drive parameter setting.

Thanks for the quick response.

Good morning,

Would it be possible to get a copy of your schematic drawings in AutoCAD format so that they can be edited? I can take just about any format.
