did you "restore" or use "update" using a "report.zip" (config backup)? on this fresh install?
the unlock codes should have been automatically installed when you restored the config backup.

the system software unlock codes need re entered. this can be done several ways.
one way is...you got a sheet of paper with them on it.. follow the instructions on the paper and renter them to turn the software (ON)

sometimes you can find them in the report.txt generated by the "report" (called config backup in older systems) feature in the util menu..open the report.txt and look in the "special parameters section"
re enter those numbers in the new software install. using the Unlock ID button in the screen shot you provided.

i can also generate a demo code which unlocks everything with one code so we have time to sort out the real codes. send me the system id which can be found in the setup menu or the util menu.

i just saw the system id in one of the image you posted earlier. it is 1015130881

here is a demo code for that system...

Code (Parameter # 297): 43012.7273

under the options button in the util menu....press F1 UNLOCK OPTION, type in 297 press enter.. type in the value 43012.7273 and press F10

Keith,

I put in the temporary codes and now MPU will not load. I only had time to try once, so I will shut down and reload again this evening when I get home from work.

I have the Report.txt file from last "restore". Where do I find the proper verification codes in this file? You said that I got a sheet of paper with the codes on it. Was that when I purchased the ALLIN1CNC outfit?

Dave,

When you get a chance can you attached your latest report. It looks like you might have put the unlock codes into the normal parameters.

If you have internet at the control you can also give us a call and we can have one of our support technicians do a TeamViewer session. Most likely something like this could be cleared up in 10-15 minutes.

Should I just call tomorrow to get a Teamview session? Is there a special phone number or person for whom I should ask?

Dave,

Based on the report file it looks like the unlock values were not imputed in any of the parameters. Is that a current report or from before you tried to put the unlocks in? The report date says 3/26/16. The phone number is 814-353-9290 and then choose Option 4 for Technical Support.

Liviu,

That is the only report.txt I found in the report directory. It was just yesterday, however, that I put in the demo unlocks.

I will call tomorrow to do the Teamview.

Thank you.
