SERVO DRIVE SHUT DOWN

Post by vasanthlathes »

To any one who get a problem like this please watch for this. My CPU system had this problem of servodive shut down many times, and also screen becoming blank on motor start. I have solved the problem as follows.

The Mother Board of the P4 The Mother computer ( Samsumg) was changed to an American Brand, and lo, the problem solved. Diagnosis:- The Mother Board had a component failure .

Screen get Blanked on spindle motor starting ,Diagnosis:- The Wires coming to the machine too long from the power source and being 200V three Phase, there is a drop of Volts to the CPU and the Monitor.
Hope this helps any one
