Grizzly called and said you have to buy the unlock codes from centroid :?: :?: :?: when you buy their accessories at the same price centroid ells them for with the unlock codes. I don't think the Grizzly guy has much info on this LOL. Anyway - buy from the source is the message LOL.

hello. sounds like he is a little mixed up.. he may have meant that the unlocks will be provided by centroid when you purchase an option (like "Probing')

I am just reading about this unlock issue myself because I was thinking of doing the z touch off option.
I have a 2010 model dc310b mpu11. Does this system require a unlock to use this feature? I was quite disappointed
To hear of this because I bought my system because all the build on options I thought it had. Nowhere did it say you needed extra money to use it. The website was a bit different in 2010.

Are you referring to the automatic tool length measurement? If you email us a your system serial number (sales@ajaxcnc.com) or a report from your system, I can take a look at all the options purchased with your system.
