AUTOTUNE

i am working with CENTROID CNC software CNC11 and with MP11 and GPIO4D my problems are when i activate the enable the motor turns and an alarm occured differential encoder fault i have disabled it and after that i run the auto tune and i have the X axis ok for autotune and the other they have problem of friction and i don't know what to do realy i wanna to perform an other auto tune but when i do it the z motor jumps and i have 410 alarm for y axis i hope i will get so help for that and tahnik you very much.
