Enable Keyboard Jogging MPU11 or ALLIN1DC

To enable keyboard jogging under MPU11/ALLIN1DC systems set parameter #148 to 0 and parameter 170 to 5. Do this if the suggested setting of 1 for parameter 170 does not work for you.
