Ho to all

Can some one help me and tell me to test a five axis CNC machine?
I know many professional person visit this forum so please help me that with what method can i test the a 5 axis CNC machine.
I decide to retrofit my old CNC machine with Ajax system. I am very interest in Ajax system but i don't know with what method can i test my CNC machine after retrofit it?

Please help me with simple and very precise method.

No, I don't buy any ajax System yet but i really need to retrofit my old 3 axis machine to 5 axis.
I think if i machining a part and then measure but i don't know what shape can do the test completely. Can you please help me?

sml2011,

How are you planning on doing your 4th and 5th axis? Our boards are capable of 6-8 axis if that is what you are asking? I am a little confused on what you are trying to test.

I want you help me to know if i retrofit my old five axis machine with ajax cnc board, how can i test all five axis and know that does it work precise or need toning or backlash.....?


I am looking to know some method for est my 5 axis cnc machine after retrofit it with ajax cnc board.

We do not have any type of program that will test the capabilities of a 5-axis system. The only thing that we do have is the Euclid Block program, which I believe is Industry Standard, that tests a standard 3-axis Mill system. Thanks.
