Morbidelli U-15 servo motors

Can i use these motors with the kit, changing only the 2000 Line Encoders?
I have '88 morbidelli U-15 point-2-point router,, need a littlebit upgrading, and what is right power source for the motors, in finland we have 230VAC single phase or 380VAC on 3 phase.
