Importing settings on upgrade

In trying to keep on topic I am breaking off my previous thread and starting a new one. I am upgrading to the new Ethernet MPU11 and I am wondering if there is a way to import the old mill setup into the new system or do I have to go through and tune everything etc. I have a report.txt and a report.zip file from the old setup, is this where it is at?
Also what is the process for importing the old intercon files into the new system as I don't see an intercon directory?
