230 vac transformer for dc supply

I,m looking for a wiring diagram showing the 230 volt transformer. I,m cautious because I have 240 at the primary and am getting 90vac at the secondary between 1 leg and the center tap. This gives me 130vdc after the bridge. I'm only using it for servo dc supply for the ALLIN1. Also except for verifying the transformer connection I have completed the physical install of the ALLIN1 system. I would like to verify what manual I should be using to start the system up with. I didn't see one that says it is for the ALLIN1.
